convenient location good food unpleasant impression old hotel

The location proved convenient. It was close to various facilities. the room service offered good food, i found it quite satisfactory.

i found the first impression at the front desk upon check-in unpleasant. the amenities seemed laughable, this hotel looked obviously old. it needs an all-around lift.

helpful staff breakfast variety direct access limited gym dated decor slow check-in

The staff was always ready to assist, and their smiles made my days brighter. The breakfast buffet offered a HUGE variety, and EVERYTHING tasted delicious!!! I appreciated the direct access to the shopping mall. It was very convenient. The gardens and pool area were a welcome escape.

I found the gym to be a bit limited. It only had a few machines. The room decor felt a little dated. The check-in process was somewhat slow.
